This is a soft landing place. A cozy, no-pressure space for us to connect. You can share what’s on your heart, what you’re navigating, or simply explore if I’m the right guide for your journey. I’ll walk you through how I work, what to expect, and how I might best support you. Think of it as a gentle beginning — a little clarity, a little spark, and a lot of care.
Cancellation Policy
This 30-minute call is a sacred space — a soft landing designed with intention, care, and presence. To honour both your time and mine, I ask that you please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. This gives me the opportunity to offer the space to someone else who may be waiting for support. I understand that life happens — if an emergency arises, please reach out as soon as you’re able, and we’ll do our best to find a new time that works. No-shows or repeated last-minute cancellations may result in limited access to future booking opportunities. Thank you for showing up for yourself, and for respecting the energy that goes into holding this space.
